Supplemental Neighborhoods

In addition to the master budget scope, some Issaquah Highlands neighborhoods receive additional services from the Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA) and have neighborhood-specific governing documents such as rules, requirements, and dues. These 14 neighborhoods are classified as “supplemental neighborhoods.” 

*Three Issaquah Highlands neighborhoods (Dahlia Park, Manchester Court, and Vista Park) have opted into receiving additional IHCA services, but are not designated as supplemental neighborhoods.
