By December 14, 2022HFN

As we head into the holiday season, this usually means an influx of new toys and gadgets in the home.  HFN is here for all your needs, including internet speed upgrades and assistance from our new in-home services.

If installing your new toys or a new Wi-Fi/mesh router gives you pause, let us help!  Check out ways that we can help you or contact our support teams anytime to set up an appointment.

Highlands Fiber Network receives many requests and questions from Issaquah Highlands residents every month. Below is a breakdown of the types of support requests and the top three questions posed by users for November.

Top Questions from HFN Users Last Month:

Q: I’m moving into the Issaquah Highlands and I’d like to make sure that my service is up and running before I’m in the home.  How do I set that up?

A: Welcome to the neighborhood.  We’ll work to make sure that your service setup is as seamless as possible.  However, depending on the status of the home, we may need you, as the homeowner, on site to let us into the home to install the service.  You can start the process by signing up for service here.

Q: I don’t recall my Account Number and I can’t retrieve my account information online.  How do I get access to my account or pay my bill?

A: Please call us at 425-427-0999 and we’ll be able to help you.  We’ll help you to ensure that your account information is up to date, so you can get into your account online and keep the information updated.

Q: As a renter in the Issaquah Highlands, I’d like to use your service.  How to I get an account setup to use the service?

A: Please have the home owner contact us directly.  Once they have confirmed that you’re authorized to take over the account, we’ll be more then happy to work directly with you so that you can use the service.
