Candidate Statement of Interest Forms Now Available
“The affairs of the association of the residential Association shall be governed by the Board of Directors, each of whom shall have one equal vote.”

There are seven IHCA Board of Directors member positions. Districts 1, 3, and 5, and At-Large seats are up for election this year. The At-Large member can be from any of the six districts.
Statement of interest forms for IHCA Board of Director’s candidacy are now available online and by mail. Interested candidates for Districts 1, 3, 5, and At-Large positions must submit their statement of interest forms by May 14, 2021, to be considered for the official ballot. The IHCA will again use VoteHOANOW.com as an online voting service.
Board Member Commitments
- Attend one board meeting on the fourth Monday of every month.
- Serve on one committee:
- Architectural Review Committee (ARC): Meets every first Tuesday of the month.
- Finance Committee: Meets every second Tuesday of the month.
- Covenant Committee: Meets every third Tuesday of the month.

Full details on each candidate will be published online here by June 1 to assist you in the voting process.
