The holiday season is shining bright in Issaquah Highlands. If the rain finally stops, we encourage you to get outside and view all the wonderful light displays across the community–from Harrison at the top of the hill to West Highlands Park near Swedish Hospital.
With the support of Grand Ridge Plaza, our annual “Light Up the Lanes” holiday decorating contest grew significantly, allowing us to award even more prizes to individual decorators, randomly selected entries and an entire neighborhood. Thank you to everyone who participated!
Congratulations to Our Winners!
Congratulations to our neighbors at West Highlands Park for winning the 2024 Light Up the Lanes “Most Festive Neighborhood!” This neighborhood will receive a block party celebration in early 2025, courtesy of Grand Ridge Plaza. West Highlands Park is located to the west of the shopping area, just beyond the Westridge neighborhood near Swedish Hospital.
Community Spirit
Our annual “Light Up the Lanes” contest aims to foster a sense of community and holiday spirit, bringing together individual homes and neighborhoods to contribute to the overall winter wonderland. We urge people of all ages to walk or drive throughout Issaquah Highlands to view all the decorated homes before the holiday season ends.
Upcoming Dates
West Highlands Park neighbors will celebrate their win as the “Most Festive Neighborhood” during a block party in early February 2025. More details will be provided closer to the date.
