Gwyn Pohl Drake
How long have you resided in Issaquah Highlands? Four years
Educational background: I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Marketing, which supported my career in advertising and marketing, most recently running a marketing consulting business in the greater metro area.
Association experience: I have shifted my professional experience to supporting numerous public and private institutions, including serving as Co-PTA President to my children’s school and am actively involved with the YWCA.
Why would you like to serve as a director? I am invested in the Issaquah Highlands, and personally make use of the full breadth of neighborhood features including the trails, parks, retail, and Issaquah Highlands community events. I see serving as director as an opportunity to act in the community’s best interest to support the existing community standards but also to be an advocate for changes that the community identifies.
