Issaquah Highlands is known as a destination for trick-or-treating on Halloween. Whether you’re planning to haunt the neighborhood with your eerie costume or conjure up some spooky treats, this year is sure to be fang-tastic! We asked some residents to share their favorite tips, tricks and treats for celebrating the spooky season! See their answers below…

What are your favorite Halloween traditions?

“We play Halloween movies and music whenever trick-or-treaters stop by.”

“Our family tradition is to drive around finding the spookiest house before Halloween.”

“I love walking around to see all the decorations.”

“We invite our friends who don’t live in a walkable neighborhood to come to Issaquah Highlands and trick-or-treat with us. They love it. This will be year three!”

“I just love all my trick-or-treaters! It’s so fun to see all the smiles.”

“We have a 20-foot candy shoot for all the trick-or-treaters.”
