This year, the IHCA worked with Highlands Council to digitize our most commonly referenced governing documents and homeowner resources from standard PDF documents to searchable web pages. Next time you have an IHCA question related to architectural or community standards, or homeowner rules and restrictions, try searching keywords in the search bar at IssaquahHighlands.com. For example, want to know more about community fencing standards? Search “fence” to reveal which IHCA governing documents contain relevant information to your query. Each document is still available for PDF download so you can save to your own files.
