Tract D – UVDC Public Hearing

The Urban Village Development Commission (UVDC) will hold a public hearing on planned development of 10 single family homes at the corner of College Drive and 15th Ave NE, adjacent to Wynhaven Apartments.

The UVDC is charged with reviewing the application for compliance with regulations and standards and making a recommendation regarding approval to the City Council, the final decision maker.
