Issaquah Land and Shore Commitee, City Council

Polygon Northwest, developers of Westridge North, have requested a Major Modification of the Issaquah Highlands Development Agreement to add 100 residential units to Issaquah Highlands through the use of Transfer of Development Rights. Council deliberations began last fall. The modification also includes provisions to develop affordable housing in keeping with the Issaquah Highlands standards. The Public Hearing continues to the April 17, City Council regular meeting. Audience comments are welcome at the Land and Shore committee meeting as well.
