residential units to Issaquah Highlands through the use of Transfer of Development Rights. The proposal includes development of affordable housing and Tract D. Council deliberations began last fall. The modification also includes provisions to develop affordable housing in keeping with the Issaquah Highlands standards. The Public Hearing continues to April 17. Audience comments are welcome at the Land and Shore committee meeting as well.
