The IHCA Architectural Review Committee’s purpose is to maintain the vision and preserve the overall quality and beauty of Issaquah Highlands. The ARC meets once each month to review applications received from residents for improvements, identify and address violations, and update residents on maintenance needs. The most common reviews are requests for fences, paint, and major landscape upgrades.
The ARC meets on the first Tuesday of every month and residents are welcome to attend. Note that meeting minutes are posted as they are received from the committee, after approval at the next meeting. If you have questions about the status of your application contact the IHCA at (425) 427-9257.
The ARC Committee is currently meeting virtually over Zoom. Please contact sarah.h@ihcommunity.org for information on how to attend the meeting.
Please submit all ARC Applications one week prior to the first Tuesday of the month meeting. Find applications HERE >>
