As part of our event series celebrating 20 Years of Sustainability in the Issaquah Highlands – we will be touring Ichijo USA’s latest Built Green, new construction project: Sun Ridge.
The Sun Ridge development consists of 35 homes and is located at the cross streets of NE Falls Dr. and 14th PL NE, Issaquah
The tour will be led by Nick Nied of Ichijo USA and Leah Missik of Built Green.
All homes are 5-Star Built Green and include 3.24 kW solar panels, extensive rain gardens to infiltrate run-off, radiant floor heating and more!
