An Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA) Board of Directors nominating committee has reviewed statement of interest forms submitted by interested board candidates for Districts 1, 3, 5 and At-Large and approved a slate of candidates at the board meeting on May 22. The final ballot is available online on June 1, 2023, at 12 a.m. Physical letters are to be mailed and received in the following days. Voting ends at 5 p.m. on June 16, 2023.
No statements of interest were received for District 3. Please email Jordan.r@ihcommunity.org if you reside in District 3 and are interested in joining the IHCA Board of Directors.

This year, voting will be conducted primarily online using Votegrity. This is the same online voting platform as used in the 2022 IHCA Board of Directors election. Votegrity is able to streamline the voting process by owner, not district. You will receive emails from Votegrity with a unique PIN code and the voting instructions. Voting instructions will also be available via the Issaquah Highlands website. The PIN code is unique and tied to your property, which can only be found in the email from Votegrity. Paper ballots will be available upon request only.
Emails regarding the Votegrity online voting process will be sent to the email address listed on file with IHCA on June 1, with a physical copy to follow in the mail. Included in the email will be a unique PIN code that is tied to your property address and cannot be duplicated. Each lot owner receives one vote for their respective board district. If you have more than one property in Issaquah Highlands, you will be allowed to cast your votes once per lot. Please note: you will only be able to vote for your district.
The Issaquah Highlands website will have full details on each board district candidate to assist you in the voting process. Voting online is quick and easy!
- If you reside in district 1, 3, 5, or At-Large, you are eligible to vote for one candidate in your district.
- There is one vote allowed per property.

- You can view the candidate biographies in your district online. Candidate bios will also be available on the Issaquah Highlands website.

The deadline for online voting and paper ballots is June 16, 2023, at 5 p.m. No late submittals will be accepted. Election results will be announced at the IHCA annual meeting scheduled for June 26, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at Blakely Hall. This serves as the official notice of the 2023 IHCA annual meeting.
The 2023 IHCA Board of Directors election is only for homeowners in Districts 1 (yellow on the map), 3 (black), 5 (red) and At-Large. Alternating districts will vote in the 2024 board election.
