This past month, Highlands Fiber Network (HFN) has been busy connecting new homes in Westridge as the Taylor Morrison team completes their builds.
We’re also really enjoying meeting the needs and requests of neighbors with our new HFN Home Support services, which includes rewiring of customer cabinets, installing UPS systems, hooking up smart TV’s to help people “cut the cord,” extending ethernet outlets, and installing ring doorbells.
Let us know how HFN can help improve connectivity in your home!
Highlands Fiber Network receives many requests and questions from Issaquah Highlands residents every month. Below is a breakdown of the types of support requests and the top three questions posed by users for last month.
Top Questions from HFN Users Last Month:
Q: I’m renting a home in Issaquah Highlands; do I have to use/pay for the HFN service?
A: Our service agreement is with the homeowner. If you have some kind of arrangement with the homeowner, we’re happy to help you use and setup the service (with permission from the owner). Please ask them to contact us directly to add you to their HFN account.
Q: Why do I have to pay a connection fee to HFN?
A: HFN manages the network on behalf of the Covenant for Community. If you’d like to know more about those details, please visit our website: https://www.highlandsfibernetwork.com/covenant/
Q: How can I pay my bill online?
A: With your registration number, please visit our website: www.highlandsfibernetwork.com/pay-bill.
