End of Development Agreement, Replacement Regulations
Issaquah City Council asked City staff to return to Issaquah Highlands to update the community on how the Replacement Regulations have evolved since the introductory community meeting in Spring 2017. These regulations replace the Development Agreement that has governed development in Issaquah Highlands for over 20 years.

Details about residential property regulations, new commercial and retail development will be discussed.
