Meeting rescheduled from July 4th due to Independence Day.
Applications must be provided to the IHCA by Friday, July 6th to be considered at this month’s meeting.
This committee’s purpose is to maintain the vision and preserve the overall quality and beauty of Issaquah Highlands. The ARC meets once each month to review applications received from residents for improvements, identify and address violations, and update residents on maintenance needs. The most common reviews are requests for fences, paint, and major landscape upgrades.
This Committee meets on the first Tuesday of every month from 6:00-8:00pm, at the IHCA office. Residents are welcome to attend. You must log-into the website to view meeting minutes. Note that minutes are posted as they are received from the committee, after approval at the next meeting. If you have questions about the status of your application contact Erika North at 425-507-1121 or erika.n@ihcommunity.org.
Please submit all ARC Applications 1 week prior to the first Tuesday of the month meeting.
