IHCA Architectural Review Committee

The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to maintain the vision and preserve the overall quality and beauty of Issaquah Highlands. The ARC meets once each month to review applications received from residents for improvements, identify and address violations, and update residents on maintenance needs. The most common reviews are requests for fences, paint, and major landscape upgrades.
