| 4:12 | From Park Drive – 30th north around mulberry |
| 4:24 | Corner of 25th and Natalie Way – through Dahlia Park |
| 4:36 | 25th south to Park Drive left around Village Green Park back down Park |
| 4:48 | 17th to Katsura down to trial head area |
| 5:00 | Katutura trail head – Katsura to 10th down high to YWCA – END |
